Yeah, so, I’ve never seen any of the “Nightmare on Elm Street” movies mostly because I’m a huge scaredy-cat and can’t deal with that kind of stuff. But even I know who Freddy Krueger is, and apparently, director Michael Bay (“Transformers”) is working on a remake of this horror flick -with Billy Bob Thornton in the starring role.
Judging from his acting in “Sling Blade” (“fried potaters”), I would say…..hmm. Maybe. He definitely has that special little creepy factor about him. However, how could he EVER top his role in “Bad News Bears” or “Bad Santa”??!?! I mean, once I saw those movies, I was making posters for the Oscar ceremonies. Tour de force of cinema.
