Poor Blake Lively got peed on by her puppy!
Blake was traveling through midtown Manhattan when they had to stop the Gossip Girls cast van so she could hop out. It seems that her pup, Penny, had gone to the bathroom on her dress!! She quickly got out and let Penny finish urinating.
Blake’s assistant handed her a large shopping back to cover the dress, but not before a couple pics were taken …
