Oh dear. Those poor tabloids. They must be so disappointed because Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have arrived in New York City with the kids! They arrived at some point on Thursday, in time to settle in before the red carpet premiere of Changeling.
Angelina was seen carrying Shiloh who is looking like quite the big girl since we last saw her. Angie looks really tired in the photo, but you know, I’d look tired too with twin babies, four older kids, and having just stepped off an overseas flight!
Brad was photographed carrying an infant carrier with either Knox or Vivienne. The rest of the kids escaped the cameras.
Some places are reporting that the red carpet premiere is Friday October 10th, but I’m also still reading that it’s Saturday October 4th. I’m wondering if it’s possible that Angelina is set to start promoting the film this week with the premiere being the following week. I’ll do some more investigating and let you know. Meanwhile, Changeling officially opens October 24th.
See more photos of Angelina with Shiloh and Brad with one of the babies (though you can’t see him/her inside the carrier) over here. Do yourself a favor though, don’t read the commentary from the rest of the posters since there’s a lot of snark. Clearly none of those people have ever had babies and don’t understand how exhausting it can be. Also, someone cleverly stated that if Brad is really as devoted to his family as he says he is, then he wouldn’t have been all over Europe promoting Burn After Reading. It amazes me how people have no understanding that all the glamor aside, Hollywood is still a business first and foremost and actors are contractually obligated to make appearances to promote their movies – he didn’t have much choice. Besides, Europe is small – it doesn’t take long to get back to your family even if you do have to travel somewhere.

niemiec idiota – I know, he wasn’t literally all over Europe, I’m just saying that traveling around Europe doesn’t translate to weeks away from home like some people are saying.
Mary Ann – I’m not camera shy, I’m happy to pose for pictures, but if I had cameras chasing me all the time, I’d lose my mind. I can’t imagine having to hide out and being scrutinized for my appearance every time I step out of the house. People sometimes make fun of the fact that some celebrities are always in full makeup every time the open their door, even to go buy a carton of milk, but I can’t blame them!
So happy to see them. And Sherry you are so right, and Melodie good thinking about the sunglasses. When these dumbbells talk they are crazy. All in all these stars are able to stay at home alot more than most people that have to work 5 days a week with only a few weeks vacation. Brad did his promotions and now Angie will do hers and then they will leave and go back to Germany where Brad will have to work for a while, but Angie will be home. Being rich and famous has a whole set of different problems than we have. At least we don’t have to be hiding out.
‘all over europe’. brad only went to vencie ,Italy to promote BAR and then to toronto canada. he also clearly did not go to the berlin premiere of BAR yesterday as he was with angie and kids traveling to NYC.

Hahaha yes tabloids as usual will have egg on their faces. But they will escape any blame, with no one calling them out because their lies make too many people happy.
Shiloh is so cute and appears to be enjoying the photogs, look at that smile. She is growing and has Brad’s chubby cheeks that Brad had when he was a toddler. Angie is looking more like her mom. Of course she is tired, I don’t understand why people think that Angie should be smiling every time she is photographed! Traveling with 1 baby is hard work, can not imagine traveling with more then one, nursing and taking care of a toddler and having to deal with the paparaz on your tail every move you make. They were probably hoping to avoid them but they were found out.
So glad Brad is with her. I just knew that he would be there being the supporting and loving parent he is.
Of course there will always be negative comments because people want the tabloid stories to be try.

i have to say something more: we usually see angie with sunglasses: but here, she doesn’t wear it: and without make up every woman looks tired!
