You can travel through 3 countries in Europe in the same amount of time it would take you to travel through one Canadian province. Plus the fact that your train system is some much better then anything we have, it makes it very easy to travel. I lived in England for 2 years and the amount of weekend day trips we made over to Europe was amazing and then before we left we took two months and traveled on the train all around Europe seeing many different cultures. This is not something you can do in North America. I was always amazed that our friends in London thought we were crazy for taking our weekend trips, because the places we went were so far away. I believe Europeans view distances different then we do. Malena,
