Several people have been commenting or emailing me, concerned about the rumors that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie split up. People have been asking why I haven’t posted about it. Well, because if I posted every time someone said their relationship was over, every week there would be at least one “oh my god, they broke up!” post followed by a “whew, no, they’re still together” post. These rumors circulate on a near-constant basis. If you look at any tabloid magazine, one week they’re saying Brad and Angie are finished, the next week they’re saying Brad and Angie are getting married, and the week after that they’re saying that they’ve just adopted ten new kids. And then the cycle continues.
However, apparently the concern is coming from the fact that Perez Hilton reported it. Except he didn’t really – he just acknowledged that there was a strong rumor going around. And actually, it appears that the rumor of Brad and Angelina splitting came from the National Enquirer. That tabloid trash isn’t even good enough to line your bird cage, let alone good enough to believe.
And in any case, Perez then reported that Angelina Jolie’s rep has denied the break-up rumors, calling them completely untrue.
I think I know why this is so persistent right now – we haven’t seen Angelina in months, not since Cannes. People have seen Brad on the red carpet without her at his side, something that is highly unusual. But these people are forgetting that the woman gave birth to twins, is breastfeeding, and likely completely exhausted. Then again, people are also saying that Brad looks unhappy lately. I disagree. I think he looks just like any other parent of young children. I looked like that, my husband looked like that, our friends all looked like that during the first months when no one is sleeping. The man is TIRED. It happens, it’s part of it.
But when you combine Angelina’s isolation in France, Brad’s solo red carpets, and his half-asleep expressions, it’s easy to see how tabloids would cash in on it all and speculate heavily.
Don’t believe the rumors just because they’re there. Is this couple bullet-proof? Of course not, any relationship can end. However, as far as strong Hollywood couples go, I’d say that these two are among the strongest, and unless a reputable source says that it’s ended, I’m going to carry on without worrying about it!
Angie only has a manager, she has never had publicist, and brad got rid of his, cindy g, earlier this year.ps i normaly post as fan but i’m changing my screen name.
Tabloids makes millions out of the Jolie-Pitt’s pictures & news. They are the hottest commodities out there.

Brad & Angie will pass the test of time, they will survive this relationship, they are on a very long haul.Brad & Angie Plus 6 kids, that’s real family. Brad referring to Angie as his other half just made my day.That’s really sweet.
Wait till the Changeling premiere, I’m sure Brad will not let Angie walk the red carpet by herself, he will be there. The twins will be almost 3 months by that time, either they will bring the whole family to NY or just the twins.

Please be aware that Brad and AJ do not read this post (sorry sherry) or probably any magazines that write all the rumors. I am sure there publicists do, but I doubt they are even aware so I really don’t think they are harmed by it. Their families might buy into it, but they should be use to it by now, and not listen. So in conclusion realize that your comments do not effect them but just the posters here who some times get a little too emotionally involved.
By the by I personally like it when this site gets a little political and everyone gets into the debate. To much sugar makes me sick.

I agree that Angie just can’t seem to win. If she stays home with the children she has PMS and is breaking up with Brad. If she is seen out and about she doesn’t love her children and neglects them. I also agree that Brad and Angie don’t owe anyone anything other than being great actors and living their lives as they see fit. I don’t think they give a hoot what the tabs print as they are secure in their lives. When my son had twins he looked like a walking zombie for months because he, too, is a hands on Dad. I would be worried if he looked fresh and rested. He even said that he was not getting much sleep but that was okay. To me brad always looked bored to tears when on the RC with previous relationships. With Angie he always has his hand in the “default position”. Then they make out in the car on the way home. Ooh La La!
Idols, they put stars in our eyes and we forget that they are also human. Plus being very private people. Having six kids comes with sleepless nights and days the would push you to the limits. Whatever happens with them I will still love them both.
Whether Brad will go with Angie or not during RC time for Changeling doesn’t matter to me. To say that Brad and Angie should go out to RC’s so people will not say that they split is like dictating their actions just to please the public & the press. Angie is never known to depend her actions based on the dictate or opinion of other people. She is a very independent person & a very transparent one. She is not like the usual Hollywood personalities who are so conscious with their public image. Angie is not like that. She lives her life with all honesty regardless whether people accept it or not. The opinion of others doesn’t matter at all. What matters most is her FAMILY. What’s best for her family will always be the consideration in every decision she makes, whether for career matters or whatsoever. I trust Angie of her capability to balance her life because time & again she really has proven, not that she has to, how she manages everything well – life, career, kids, love. In fact, she is envied by a lot of celebrities because Angie found the balance in her life.
People with different oponion are welcome but to suggest that Brad shouldn’t look tired for the cameras because the paps will think he’s not happy,please.That Brad should act the way he was with Jen for people to believe he’s in love with Angelina.I saw a video Yesterday were Brad was talking about his marriage and it wasn’t flattering at all.
Now Sarah is saying Angelina’s choices affect her children negatively,yet its 4 months since we saw Angelina,she has made a choice to stay with her children,putting them first but still she is accused of making bad decisions.Notice that Sarah’s only attack was Angelina’s parenting not Brad’s.brad was the one away from the family not Angelina.So sometime you wonder about people like her because to them Angelina will never do the right thing.Angelina went to Texas with Brad for 3-4months then to LA for 2 weeks,now France 4months.So all she’s done is look after her kids.How can you look at were Zahara,Maddox,Pax came from and think Angelina’s choices have affected them negatively,Surely no one is perfect and we all make mistakes but come on.I hope France will be her home for a long time.She will have some peace.I dont post often but I had to come out for this one.Thanks
I agree with phoebe.As a fan it doesn’t mean we always agree to whatever Brangie do, and I think we can not be too defensive to other fan who has a different opinin and called them troll. As long as they don’t bash, the variety of opinion is more fun to me.Thank you!
well, i agree it’s a fan site, but i think that everybody can say what he wants (if it’s respectful of course!). i take for example that when some people say the name of Jenifer Aniston in a comment, some other people here are really shocked or upset!!! it’s not a normal reaction, Jen was brad’s wife, they loved each other, they were happy togheter, … now brad is with angie, they build a family, they love each other and jen lives her life, so i don’t understand what people are upset…
it’s just an example, but i post comment on this site for years and it’s something (speaking about jen and it made some “noise -” here) that often happened. so, i think we just have to be respectful and “read” what other people have to say without attack them in return.
i love coming on this site and i think it’s really sad when there is some “disputes”.

Just fininsh watching brad’s biography on A&E, it was very interestng, watch it if you can, i loved the last part when the biographer said now brad has 6 children and has his love angelina,so sweet.
Rach i read about this too, the fan said brad stated don’t give me a heartattck when the fan gave him a sexy pic of angie to sign, it was a sweet story, of course with angie beauty and sexiness how could brad resist.

ehmmm anyway i think Sherry has done a perfect job with this site! she NEVER got mean with someone, on the contrary! “shame on her”?! there is absolutely NOTHING she should be ashamed off! this site is the most moderated and nicest site about Brad and Angelina (although i had some little problems here too).
and about people beeing “trolls” here. STOP saying this to people because they have another (maybe not 200% positive) oponion of Brangie! dear god, as long as they don´t bash, i think they have EVERY right to express their opinion! (and seriously IF they were really no Brangie fans, shouldn´t we feel sorry because they actually stick around here?) and sorry but JJ? there are thousand sof people on JJ and no one here can possibly recognise someone because of a post. and its normal that some people jump to same conclusions….i visited JJ just once and you know what i saw?! fans who bash each other constantly, even Angiefans attacked each other for no reason – it was disgusting! i never go there again. its not worth my time. but this site is, because its gorgeous, Sherry is making e terrific job! and i am really thankful that she was so understanding of me in the past.

I’m behind you Christine and Ligaya. Sarah and Kay, you sound like some of the trolls i’ve come across on JJ. Speak sense please. And i have this quote that i found by someone who was actually at the Burn After Reading premiere that puts your “Brad is not affectionate enough to Angelina” claim to shame.. “He signed autographs for a long time on all manner of pics and posters, both Angelina’s and his, and get this – when he’d get to an angelina pic he’d lick his chops, and he even clutched his heart at one point at this hot pic of Angelina – and get this, groaned. The man GROANED, then said cheekily what are you trying to do to me. OMG the man is gone for his baby. lol Wowee!”
Exactly Sherry. You know I used to love coming to this site and enjoy reading the posts. But lately it´s all been lamenting about the tabloids. Tabloids are tabloids, and I think we all know it, there´s no need to repeat endlessly how trashy they are. I think we should all stop to whince and whine about the lies they print about the JP´s. Any informed person knows how tabloids work, and they don´t just make up lies about the JP´s, but about everyone else just the same. They have to. They have to sell magazines. If nothing is happening in celebrities´ lives, then they make something up. My point is, please, please let´s keep this whole “the tabloids are always lying about the JP´s, the poor JP´s, so much venom spat on them etc.” out of here. The JP´s are getting the same treatment as every other high profile celebrity. And we are all sensible and intelligent enough to know that. I wish we could just ignore it. Tabloids will remain tabloids, and that won´t change. But please let´s just stick to reliable sources and/or interviews with them, when discussing news.
Apart from that, getting upset about tabloids is really just a waste of our energy.
