Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie were seen in Berlin heading home from the Vino e Cucina restaurant late on Sunday night (or technically, early the next morning). They had met up with some friends for a nice quiet dinner. Brad was dressed casually in jeans, a simple shirt, and a blazer, all topped off by a cap. Angelina was dressed up a little in a black dress that looks like a combination of velvet and lace. She was also wearing some killer black boots. As I had mentioned, Brad’s back to the mustache which is not my favorite look, but I know that it’s only for his role in Inglourious Basterds. Allegedly he finished filming his scenes for the movie because Gossip Girls report that Brad had dinner with some of his co-stars and Quentin Tarantino to celebrate wrapping his work up.
Which means he’s free to hit up the BAFTA Awards! Here’s hoping, because I always love seeing Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie on the red carpet!

They must be saying goodbye to all their friends in Germany, at least for immediate future.
I, too, wonder if Brad and Angie will attend the inaguration. On the one hand I would think that they would, seeing as how they’re both Obama supporters and Brad was seen at an Election night victory party in Chicago. On the otherhand, whenever they go places, even places where there are other celebs, people tend to focus on them and nobody else.
I have a feeling that neither of them would want to take any of the focus off of Obama at the Inaguartion. Therefore, part of me thinks they might puropsly not attend. Or maybe they won’t attend the actual innaguartion, but will attend one of the innagural balls.
All of that said, does anyone have any idea how the J-Ps are managing to pretty much keep the kids out of the public eye lately? I mean, I find it very hard to believe that the paps just stopped following them! I also find it hard to believe that Brad and Angie never take the kids on fun outings in Berlin!
Anyway, lately I’ve been remembering that we always seem to have a little bit of a “dry spell” in terms of seeing the J-Ps (and in particular the kids) during the winter months. Sightings of them tend to pick up in the Spring. I don’t know why that is, but that was the case last year, and seems to be the case this year as well.
oh, i didn’t know it was just one pair of earring! a lot of people didn’t like the hair but i think i’m digging it. haha.

Nice to see them out togather enjoying the night out on the town, maybe they are going to continue thier date at home,happy for them. Brad seem to be a guy who just love life. I hope we will see them on the RC tonight.

Off topic. Getting ready to watch Bone Collector. I bought a dvd since I never had a chance to see it until now. Always nice to see Brad & Angie.
Angela, I was in Germany for an emergency leave, stayed there for 2 months. Was able to sight see & loved Europe. My daughter & son in law brought me to Schloss Heidelberg Castle. You should go if you can. Germany is different than States. I plan to go back with my husband next time. God bless.
Happy to see them get out for an evening. If he finished up maybe we will see them at Obama’s swearing in. And then the SAG awards.

irma, really? i’m not much of a drinker so i probably won’t be able to differentiate wine tastes. hehe. but i would love to travel germany too so i envy you. :)

Hopefully they will be back in the U.S. this weekend for The SAG awards on Sunday. Then the BAFTAs.
Angela, that’s a small bottle of wine. Germany have good selections of fine wine, I tasted some when I was there. they also have good foods.
Nice to see them again & maybe later on the red carpet for the Premiere of CCBB in Berlin.

Not so weird, Angela. They probably ordered one more bottle than they needed. Or maybe they really liked the wine and they decided to take one home. Sherry, I wanted to let you know that over on the SimplyBrad website they are indicating that at least Brad is expected at the Berlin premiere of Benjamin Button tonight. So, I hope that there are some red carpet photos out soon of that since they are ahead of us in time.
i’m sorry for the triple post, but is that bottle of wine or beer on brad’s coat pocket? weird.

Thanks, Sherry, for the photos! it was nice to see new ones of this beautiful couple having a dinner date. So they´re still in Berlin. Maybe they´ll stay there for a few more days before heading back either to France or the States. I doubt that they´ll be attending Barack Obama´s inauguration ceremonies in Washington, DC tomorrow (Jan 20) but who knows. Still it´s very unlikely. Dragging the children back and worth across the Atlantic sure isn´t much fun. But they can also watch it on TV. If they fly to France they can fly to the BAFTA ceremonies on Feb 8. Before that there still is SAG Awards this becoming Sunday (Jan 25). Wonder if they´ll be there? Hopefully. Can´t wait to see them on the RC! God bless the JP family!
