A lot of women are keen to hear beauty tips in regards to Angelina Jolie – what clothing she wears, what lotion she uses, which makeup, the works – but here’s a beauty tip that can apply to anyone and it comes courtesy of Brad Pitt!
People.com reports that Eli Roth got a beauty/hygiene tip from Brad while they were filming Inglourious Basterds. At one point Brad remarked that Eli was starting to smell a little “ripe” after a busy day running around. When Eli pointed out that he hadn’t had time to shower, Brad gave this bit of personal grooming wisdom:
“Baby wipes, man, baby wipes. I got six kids. All you’ve got to do is just take them, a couple quick wipes under the pits. Man, I’m getting pissed on all day. I don’t have time to take a shower.”
That made me laugh to read because it’s so true. Those baby wipes are miracle workers. They also work great for makeup removal and spot cleaning around the house (or spot cleaning clothing when you’re on your way out the door and find some mysterious mark on your jeans/shirt). Still, you just never think of a celebrity using wipes to clean himself up in lieu of a shower.

Mr. Pitt and his clean “pits”. This is quite adorable as is the entire little article. I also purchased baby wipes just in case you have water problems as we did and needed a bit of “refreshing”. But I agree that it is probably something that most parents are very familiar with.
It is nice to hear Brad’s colleagues speak well of him and of Angelina as well. In the photos from Cannes, it looked like quite a few of his younger “Basterds” looked up to him and wanted to hang out with him (or maybe both of them!!). In any case, nice piece.

Brad is ridiculously funny and so real there is never a need to have a facade, that is one of those things I love about him. I can see why Angie thinks he’s hilarious, he is probably a riot at home and with 6 children it must be one big comedy show! I pray they continue to be happy for many many more years to come!
That is so true. I have done that before thank goodness for baby wipes. It’s so nice to see that Brad is as normal and real as the rest of us parents.
The best part in the article for me is how Brad just blatantly told Eli he smelled that made me laugh.Poor Angie I don’t know what she is going to do with that man.Lol

As for the wipes, you don’t need to have babies to use them – I don’t. Babywash, baby wipes – the best thing for your skin really since they’re so protective and non-irritating. A good, exklusive brand (not off the shelf-stuff) with high-quality ingredients will convert you! Everything else contains too many toxins…

I don’t have children but I travel a lot, and when I do, I always have baby wipes and extra set of undies. I remember a few years back, I was stranded for 14 hours at Detroit Intl Airport en route to the Philippines. After another 18 hours more of flying time, I landed in Manila, tired, but smelling of baby powder, thanks to the baby wipes.

SO very true. I don’t have small kids anymore but I never ran out of this. It`s so refreshing.
Baby wipes, I can’t live without it. I use baby wipes in anything.I have one in my car, one in the office, one in my kitcchen, they are all over my house. I have 3 g-kids. 2 visits once a week & the youngest one is arriving home in 3 months, baby wipes are a big help. Brad gives everybody a good tip.God bless the Jolie-Pitt’s.

rich- I believe the last part of filming is in D.C. (although Angie may just commute there from Long Island. By helicpoter it’s probably not that long of a commute!), and then they will probably head to LA as Brad will be filming Moneyball there later this month.

It’s a good tip for the Europeans (whom I am married to and love very much) since deodorant is very secondary. Brad got me to use Carol’s Daughter hair products. I read somewhere (probably PittWatch) that they like it for Z. Forget Allure, I am all about Brad and PittWatch for my beauty tips.
Thanks for this funny story, Sherry! It just shows that Brad has a very good sense of humor. But it´s also a good tip for us all. As a father of six he sure doesn´t have time to take a shower so he uses the baby wipes. It´s the easiest and most efficient way for him to refresh himself while taking care of the kids. It´s a hard work but also the most rewarding job he has ever had or will ever have. He clearly loves being a dad and he sure wants to have even more children with Angie. It´s obvious that they both love children a lot and won´t stop at six. And why should they? They both are still young and have a lot to give to their children. Especially love and care. No matter what the rags say these two walk their own path and their poath is the family path. God bless the JPs always!
Ok so Sherry just brought to my attention what I wrote above. And as much as I would love to be the kind of girl that carries a “pack of whips” in my car I am just not that girl. So what I meant to say was a pack of wipes.

Traci- I agree! What really gets me is that, despite Angie and Brad mentioning that they use Carol’s Daughter hair products on Zee’s hair, people claim that they don’t care for Zee’s hair properly!
