Here’s a little Brad Pitt story that doesn’t have any official sources, so it could be absolutely false but I’m going to post it because a) it’s believable and b) it’s freakin’ cute!
According to this story, Brad Pitt is causing quite the commotion during the morning school drop-off time. If the sources are to be believed, a lot of the mothers who are also there to drop their children off at the private school have taken to dressing up a bit more than normal, and are “fighting over who gets to carpool the kids to school”, all in the hopes of getting a chance to meet Brad.
I would actually love it if we got confirmation that this little tale is true! I’m definitely able to picture a bunch of moms racing to get to the school just a bit earlier, looking a little more pulled together just in case they got to exchange a hello with Brad! And really, being the type of person that he is, someone who dislikes the paparazzi but enjoys and respects his fans, as long as there was no screaming or carrying on, I’m sure that Brad would be more than happy to offer up a bit of brief chit-chat in return, don’t you?
In other news, Splash News Online has reported that Brad Pitt has been spotted at local businesses around Long Island lately, including Dunkin Donuts and Borders Books. They also report that a little dining spot called Cassis Bistro “closed its doors so the couple could enjoy a private dinner together”. They only have exterior shots of the buildings in question, so I didn’t bother, but if even the photo agencies are admitting that Brad and Angelina have been out and about together, that should help some of the worried fans to feel better!

That was in 2005. They were still getting together and had a lot more paparazzi following them. At that time we also got a lot of pictures of them in airports because they travel comercial. Now the pictures we got from them at airports are mostly of their private plane and from very far.
They work very hard and probably spend a lot of money to keep their privacy.
BT from 2005 whether they are on the beach, going shopping,going to the museum etc etc.Mostly every month or two months the paps found them.Don’t for a moment think I am saying they are the ones showing up for the paps,all i am wishing for them is to truly get the privacy they deserve.More than anything I truly hope they go Live at Miraval and is not seeen for months on hand and screw the tabs if they wan’t to write the nonsense they do.

When was that?
Except when they were promoting Changeling And Make it right there weren’t any pictures when Brad was filming IB. After that until the award season started there were no pictures either.
There weren’t no pictures after Angelina gave birth.
There very few pictures when they were in Austin.
They only pictures we got when they were in Prague and NY in 2007 were almost all from dropings at the kids school.
It always been like that. The pictures from them are either from movie sets, airports, schools or promotion of movies. There are very few pictures of them going out together or with the kids.
They work hard to keep their privacy.
I’m with you Mary Ann,and I hope fans start getting use to not seeing pictures of them so often.I know for years now we’ve been spoiled by constant pictures of them,but i am esctactic that their kids are having some peace andit doesn’t mean they have broken up.These two people take raising their children seriously to go and break up after delivering twins nine months ago not the Actress Angelina Jolie must be their fictional Angie.
Glad to hear that there is a chance that the kids are attending school. It gives them a chance to be with other children on a daily basis. I am also glad to hear that some how some way they have found a way to stay out of the limelight and live like normal people. Yes, I miss the pictures but I am more happy for the kids not to have those flashbulbs blinding them every day.

Come out, Come out, Where ever you are!!
That’s what the tabs want the Jolie-Pitts to do with all those insane tabloid headlines. It was headlines like these that had Madonna & Guy going out on the town to combat the divorce rumors (didn’t work) and Jennifer Lopez & Marc Anthony making a joint public appearance to refute the splitting up rumors.
“Angelina is 2 month pregnant, Brad & Angelina have split up sources say, they are fighting over Brad sitting on a bed with “the nanny” the tabloids scream! All in an effort to “draw” the Jolie-Pitts out of “hiding” and provide them with those money making photo$$$. Don’t they know that this doesn’t work with the JP’s!! I would be suprised if we saw them before the Cannes Film Festival.
This couple comes out in public only when they have to or when filming brings them out in the public arena.
That article is in “OK” mag this week. I read a similar article about a week ago and posted here. In the OK article they write that source heard (there we go with source) that when Angie was looking for Brad in the store with one of the boys and found him in the children aisle, he said “Hi Mommy”! It is a cute story. Don’t know if true or not but like it.
So cute! I totally believe these stories and sightings. I don’t have children, but if my nieces and nephews went to that school, I’d definitely be volunteering to pick them up from school!

To be honest I never read BS and I appreciate Brad and Angie because I just see them as a normal down to earth couple privately and if they kick ass sometimes they do it just like all of us. I don’t like to judge others life so I don’t do with them. I judge their movies and acting fullstop. I prefer to think them a normal happy family with their ups and downs like everyone. Imagine if everytime I argue with my husband I think of leaving him. It’s so stupid! Everybody argues or discusses with their partner. Wish them the best and as lond as they can away from those F paps.
Fiction is fiction, but at least this is sweet fiction. True no sources, but this is more plausible than something from inside their house, which is completely silly. This is something from them being in public places, which could happen. Again, not saying it is true, but it is a nice respite from the ugly stuff. As I said before, this is them just being normal, just like they want to be–book stores, school pick-ups and Dunkin Donuts, things they have been known to do in the past.
If I was one of those moms, I might behave the same way. What is funny is that Brad was most likely in jeans and a tee-shirt, his uniform. First rumor in a long time that I actually want to be true.

and for this cute story about brad dropping the kids to school.. i fins it so amusing! it really made me smile.. school is a lot of fun for the kids and they get to meet friends there.. and thank god no papz pics are coming out.. meaning their enjoying school w/o those stupid papz calling their names as if they knew them very well or their close to the JP’s.. and pushing those cam on their faces and scaring them and their classmates.. whew! glad their having their privacy.. good!
and i love dunkin donuts! i can’t believe brad is buying donuts there! really?? i can’t believe i’m buying donuts just like him in dunkin.. oh well.. really made my day! thanks!
oh, I forgot to mention that I’d read elsewhere that Brad had-to stay around during Shi’s preschool sessions or otherwise she would get upset if he disappeared . . . . I do so recall trying to ‘leave’ my 4yr-old at a workplace creche a couple of mornings a week when I eventually tried retrning to work p/t, and how she would cry so much she sometimes made herself sick . . but as soon as I disappeared, the creche worker would phone me and say that she was now perfectly happy and playing on a trike or similar !! But oh oh oh, I still recall how her crying ‘tore-me-to-pieces’ – so I can well believe that Brad finds it impossible to leave while she is upset ;-[[ Such a ‘touching’ story, true or not!
thanks Sherry; these accounts do seem more plausible indeed, and so very much more normal-every-day happenings for any parent of school-aged children. Also, since the schools have been on Easter-break, this would tie-in with Brad waiting for the break before he attended to his actor-duties and/or slipping away to oversee the Miravel refurbishment.
AWWW! What a cute story! I, too, hope it’s true! In addition the reasons Sherry mentioned, I also hope it’s true because, if it is, that means that the kids HAVE definently been going to school…WITHOUT the paps taking pictures of them doing so for once!
As much as I’d love to see the kids, I’m glad that it sounds like they and the other kids attending their school are getting to go to and from school in peace.
I mean, remember how the paps practically camped out in front of the schools that Mad, Pax, and Zee Zee attended while the J-Ps were in Prague? For awhile there, there were photos of them being dropped off and picked up at school practically every day. That was just plain ridiculious!
When I saw all those pictures, as much as I loved seeing them, I felt bad for the J-P kids…and even worse for their classmates. I mean, unfourtnately, the J-P kids have pretty much grown up with the paps taking pictures of them and yelling their names, so they’re probably at least somewhat used to the media circus that follows them.
Their classmates, however, have NOT grown up with that lifestyle, and AREN’T used to that media circus. Can you imagine what it must have been like for them?
Anyway, I also find it very believable that Brad has apparently been seen at Borders Book Store. Angie and Mad were seen leaving a Borders in Chicago when the family was there back in 2007, and I think the J-Ps have been spotted at Borders a few other times as well. Angie was also spotted leaving a Barnes and Noble when she was pregnant with the twins.
It seems like the J-Ps love books and want to expose their children to them, which, as a fellow book-lover, warms my heart! I also like how they seem to be big on “hands-on” projects for the kids, like arts and crafts (since they have been seen at Lee’s Art Shop multiple times, and have also discussed the kids making each other gifts).
As for Dunkin Donuts…Apparently Brad has been seen at one on LI with Mad and Paxie in tow at least once! :) I love how the J-Ps do “normal” things with their kids!
All I can say is – awwwww! :)
