According to Nikki Finke at Deadline Hollywood Daily, Quentin Tarantino was meeting with Brad Pitt in France today to further discuss the possibility of working together on the WWII movie Inglorious Bastards. Allegedly several companies (Universal, Warner Bros., Paramount, Sony) are all being pitched but people are waiting to see whether Brad is in or out.
The movie is set to start shooting in October, so a decision will have to be made soon. I think Brad would be great in a war role, and October is still far enough away to give him plenty of time with his new family members.
more movies to make, more to watch out next year. yayy! i can’t wait.
Under moderation again, why?
I don’t think it’s possible to do a movie with Tarantino at this time right after the twins’ birth, Brad will start shooting “The Fighter” soon. He probably do the The Fighter & squeeze’ Tarantino movie in between, whatever he decides I’m sure he will talk it over with Angie. God bless the Jolie-Pitt’s.
I don’t know if this will push through, but I like Quentin Tarantino and his quirky movies and I think it’ll be interesting to have him direct Brad.
I thought Brad was doing a film with Mark Walberg sometime in the fall, The Fighter?
Maybe the decision will be based on where the movie would be filmed. Didn’ Angie say that they were both taking some time off.
