The pictures that were posted earlier of Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie, and their family (not including the twins who were likely sleeping inside) in their yard in France were soon removed from the paparazzi website. There was a lot of questioning as to why someone would take down photos of one of the most photo-stalked celebrity families in the world. The answer may be because according to Reuters, Brad Pitt has threatened legal action against anyone who has taken and sold/published photos of his family on their private land.
They also mention that Brad and Angelina have agreed to allow the first exclusive photos of the twins to “a U.S. publication”. They say it’s for $11 million but no one has ever actually confirmed how much they’ve paid for exclusive photos in the past, so that may be a simple speculation. As always, the money will be given to charity.
The part of the article that appears to be directly related to the Bauer Griffon Online site states, “one unspecified photo agency that had already sold the pictures had agreed to stop further sales and removed them from its Web site.” Well, HA.
And if you’re wondering who bought those pictures? It may very well be In Touch Weekly, which is claiming on their new cover the following headline: “Baby Joy – First Photos. World Exclusive: Angelina, Brad & the kids celebrate the birth of the twins.”
Obviously, they’re not the ones who have secured the twins’ photos or they’d be on the cover. It would seem that they purchased the photos taken in the yard with an extremely long lens (from where? In a tree? A helicopter? Who knows?), which don’t even have the twins in the photos at all.
I’m glad that Brad is pushing for legal action and I hope they go after the magazine as well. And In Touch wonders why Brad and Angelina prefer to deal with People. Duh.
I know some do not feel it is the police job to go to their place to handle the problem with the papz invasion. I just want to ask the question– if someone was in your backyard uninvited what would you do. If you take matters into your own hands then you are in trouble. So who do you call?
I agree with Brad, their privacy is being invaded. I feel we the public are guilty for the pics are being taken for money which we provide when we look at the pics.
I feel bad about this for I enjoy looking at the pics of the family. Can anyone think of any other couple who are stalked like Brad and Angie?

I am glad that Brad Pitt will be doing something for his family to protect them. Why can’t you people leave them alone. They want to live a simple normal life, fortunately they have alot of money. I am a very private person and I will do the same thing if somebody invaded my privacy especially trespassing. There are other stories covered among rich and famous people who are not celebrities but really rich people why dont you give you attention to them rather than pressing more pressures to push of more unecessary situations. I hope that people will stop buying magazines that will not be approved by the jolie-pitt families so this paparazi’s will stop annoying the rich and famous especially angelina and Brad. Brangelina I will always pray for you and your family and please continue on helping and making things right to save lives and people in need. My vote will be with you and we will always support your good deeds. Thank you for being the best geniune person in the world and that includes angelina. Brad keep angelina happy and forever you are lucky to find her and this time act what you are preaching to dream of a real happy family. You got it doods…. so keep up the good work. HI SHERRY!glad to know your daughter is okey. i really dont know why the paparazzi is so hot with angie and brad, some haters have negative comment about brad but hes right, they should respect their privacy and besides hes only very protective to his family.
