While Angelina Jolie was busy running around Washington, D.C., our man Brad Pitt put on his good suit and headed to Capitol Hill.
Brad was attending a meeting with Nancy Pelosi to discuss the ongoing situation regarding lost housing in New Orleans and the current status of his Make It Right project.
My goodness, Brad looks delicious.

Brad looked better and coler with his beard trimmmed. Why doesn’t he totally shaved it off? Maybe he needed it for his new movie? I wonder.
melodie, I agree! That will especially be a nice story for Zee Zee! :) Speaking of Brad meeting with President Obama….I know they were obviously meeting to discuss business, but I wonder if they talked about children at all as well.
Sasha (or is Malia? I can never keep straight which one’s older!) even happens to be the same age as Maddox!

Thanks Grizzly.qena for the links. I did saw those pics @ just jared. Looking at the pics,the girls must have been enjoying themselves with daddy. And Brad is such a good, caring & protective dad. It’s very clear in on of the pics he was pissed off with the papz.

gena, I hadn’t thought about Maddox and Pax possibly being schooled at the time, but I think you might be right.
Assuming the J-P kids are still homeschooled (like they were back in France according to Angie’s comments in the November issue of W Magazie), Maddox and Pax were probably at home having their lessons.
If the kids are still homeschooled, that would also explain why Zahara wasn’t in school as well. At 7 1/2 and 5, Maddox and Pax are in 2nd grade (assuming Maddox started Kindergarten when he was 5, that is) and Kindergarten respectively, whereas Zahara, at 4, is still in pre-school.
Therefore, with homeschooling, they can probably have a bit more leeway with her since pre-school isn’t as important as Kindergarten or 2nd Grade. I hope that makes sense!

the jolie-pitts have not left washington yet.
angie is filming salt on monday (tomorrow) til weddnsday 11th march, then back to NYC.
I read that Angie took the boys to the Air and Space museum while Brad took the girls shopping, but I wonder if they were confusing Angie’s museum visit from last year with a visit this year. No pictures to back it up, and obviously she has been busy while they were in D.C. Also heard they finished the D.C. shoot on Thursday, which I assumes means they headed back to NY.
Saw the Jan’s store sign from pictures at Simply Brad hard to link here for you need to be registered to look at.
I was right, Brad took the girls to Jan’s also. That is where they got the stuffed toys and other things in the bag. The other toy store was Toogue Toys that should toys from international stores. That is where they got the watches and glasses. Brad is a great dad.
