I’ve put up riot grrrl fan-posts in the past, I’m doing it again today. Does anyone here remember Bratmobile? Oh my god, they were like my favorite band ever in grade 9. I discovered the punk 2-piece from a Heavens To Betsey/ Bratmobile 7″ Split on K Records. I remember kind of poking around record stores in New York trying to find some stuff I hadn’t heard from Heavens to Betsey (later members formed Sleater-Kinney) when I found the 7″ and took a chance on Bratmobile’s Pottymouth at the same time. The songs are teen anthems. If you didn’t love them in the 90’s there’s still time.
