As much as I love Bree Wiliamson (Jess/Tess, OLTL) and her fashion sense, I really didn’t get this top & skirt combo. Or is it a spaghetti dress that cuts in the waist to show a little bit of skin? The white thing hanging in front of her is so distracting and WTF is that anyway? Her shoes is fugly too. Metallic satin square pumps? It just doesn’t look right with the dress. I prefer her white long dress at the SOAPNet Night Before party. This one, not so much
