Chris Crocker, aka Britney Spears’ #1 Deranged Fan showed off his boobies in West Hollywood for everyone to see yesterday.

Whoaaaa Buddy, put some shirt on, will you? Nice eyebrows though. They look perfectly plucked. Darnnit! But yeah, try to cover up next time. It’s kinda scary especially with your platinum bleached hair. *sigh*
