RCA is so thrilled by the way that Britney Spears has turned her personal life around and her return to a strong work ethic, that they’ve decided to reward her efforts. Rather than waiting until sometime next year, RCA is pushing to release the new Britney album in December. They’re talking about releasing one single in November, then launching the full album in time for Christmas sales.
When Blackout was released, Britney was going through her very public downward spiral and as a result, her album sales weren’t as high as the label had hoped. Now that her life is on a strong upswing, they’re more confident in her ability to make the sales.
Looks like all of Britney’s time at the studios and in rehearsals is really paying off.
