Oh, Britney. It never ends, does it?
Britney Spears and her parents are all being sued by ex-manager Sam Lufti for libel and defamation. It would appear it’s in direct retaliation for the restraining order that was granted to the Spears family.
At the moment there’s no mention of how much money he’s seeking for his troubles. In his lawsuit, he does still insist that he always acted in Britney‘s best interests. Meanwhile, the Spears family still stands by their claims that Lufti did everything he could to control her, with Lynne Spears even accusing him of drugging her through her food.
A great deal of the lawsuit seems to revolve around things that were written in Lynne’s tell-all book, Through the Storm. According to The Huffington Post:
He claims the Spears’ actions have caused him to suffer “humiliation, mental anguish and emotional and physical distress.” Lutfi’s lawsuit also claims he has received death threats and “has been subjected to unfathomable amounts of ridicule and public scorn.”
Lutfi is also seeking unspecified damages based on an oral contract he claims he and Britney Spears forged in 2007. The suit states the agreement called for him to serve as Spear’s manager for four years and receive 15 percent of her earnings. He claims the singer confirmed the contract in a text message.
This is unbelievable. No matter how hard Britney Spears keeps working to turn her life around for the better, drama keeps following her everywhere she goes. There are always people who will kick you when you’re down and then fight to get some of your success when you get back up.

Hi Sherry ! how can Britney defend herself against Sam Lutfi s claims? Now let s talk about the difference between claims and accusations.You know I am doing my best to help Britney as she didnt tell or write the accusation concerning drugging her through her food, this is one point unless she had signed what has been said, I mean the book itself.But I think the spirit of the law can be taken here by afew knowledgeable judges as the author of the book is her sister.So she wasnt asked to or interested in revising what was really written or told about her and her private dealings,relationships, I mean private life. I think britney wasnt aware of that matter at all……! Sherry ! I am not a lawyer or a judge to handle such a case,but you know I am a songwriter. sherry ! I am so disappointed now, but I will post my viewpoint as possible as I can.This will be done through the difference between { Claims and accusations }
Once I said that the book mentioned {Through The Storm } may wrok against Britney and her family. I have asserted that matter which really comes true these days. I cant make sure of what is being claimed as I didnt read the book itself because it isnt available here.What was said concerning the point of drugging Britney through her food is now considered a poor evidence to be regarded and it doesnt add anything neither to Britney nor to her family,so there was no need to write or do so at all.I mean it wouldnt change anything about what happened,but it will be kept as a bad memory.I am not for britney or against Sam Lutfi,though I am one of Britney s real fans and lovers.I dont know who was the first to have claimed,but the two are mistaken to open a file that was closed. Sherry! I am so tired now as I was on duty hours ago. Sherry ! I am really sad to hear so. sherry! I will…….later.
