Britney Spears looked fresh and full of excitement as she arrived at the 2009 Teen Choice Awards.  It’s so great to see Britney doing so well.  I know she’s not a “junior celeb” anymore but we still love her, right?  I thought she looked great (maybe even a little overdressed) on the red carpet in her sparkly black mini dress.

    eww … she didn’t even look like she combed her hair . She needed a longer dress 2 cover all that jiggle . Why is she there around children !!!

    She looks fantastic! I’m so glad she won the Ultimate Teen Choice Award. She deserved it more than anyone :D love her.
