Not true! At any time, Britney can still petition the Court to end the Conservatorship. The use of the word “permanent” is misleading. It is used to end the “temporary” conoservatorship which can only stay in place for a limited period of time. Yes..permanent but Britney still retains power to petition the Court.

Britney was improving and this was probably Jamie’s one and only chance to get 100% control of her money and her life. Definitely scary. Of course now if she runs away he will be able to really kick the negative campaign up another notch. If Britney has any representation she should be appealing that decision as far as possible. This is her life … or loss of it.
