Britney Spears can never escape court it seems. The latest issue comes after Britney was charged with running over the foot of a photographer who then worked for TMZ.com.

The lawsuit claims that it was no accident and that Britney “intentionally, deliberately, wantonly, maliciously and with a conscious disregard for the rights, health, and safety of others” drove her car over Ricardo Mendoza’s foot back in October 2007.
I don’t understand why he waited almost two full years to file this lawsuit. If it was truly a damaging incident and he really believed that she intentionally set out to hurt him, wouldn’t he have filed charges immediately? It almost sounds like this guy has realized Britney has made a successful comeback and he wants in on some of the money she’s pulling in.
What do you think? Is this a valid lawsuit or just someone trying to cash in for his own gain?

I know! When you see video clips of paparazzi chasing down celebrities, it’s actually amazing that they don’t get hurt more often. They’re fearless!
I don’t see how she could have “intentionally” driven over his foot. These crazy guys are in the way! I can’t imagine trying to navigate out of that mess!
