Kyle King, now infamous for rushing onstage to dance with Britney Spears, is seemingly rather amused by the whole – pardon the pun – media CIRCUS – surrounding the incident.
After being removed from the building by security, the fan was arrested for “breach of peace”. He was also charged for interfering with the police (which I presume means he was drunkenly resisting arrest) and was released after paying $250 bail on Sunday morning. Kyle will be facing a judge in court on June 18th for the charges.
On his MySpace page, Kyle King set his mood to “amused”, obviously not overly concerned about the whole fiasco. On the other hand, Britney Spears was definitely unamused and concerned; in my previous post I had said that Brit didn’t seem to be too upset by the crazed fan, but that video was shot from behind. In this video you can see that she is clearly freaking out that someone managed to get on stage with her:
Notice that her mic is most definitely not on because we can’t hear what she’s screaming at the fan and her security folks, although anyone who can lip read can get the basic idea that it’s not particularly pleasant.
Do you think he’ll be found guilty at the court appearance? I hope he get fined for it, no matter how much you love a celebrity, this guy was absolutely out of line!

i think its not that bad he just got a rush he didnt do anything that bad sure it might have scared her but really he clearly was a fan and loved you enough to jump on stage
Britney ! It s love that made him do so,but it wasnt the suitable time to do so as it was a surprising sudden that may have frightened you unexpectedly. Britney ! he seems to be bored of his own wife or the like. Forgive him britney as you were made by your fans. Britney ! I wish u the best of luck.
I know! I felt bad for her, she was genuinely scared and I don’t blame her, but I did laugh at the obvious lip-syncing!

Yeah, she definitely looked started and terrified. Off-topic but that’s the most clear proof of lip-synching I’ve ever seen, lol. The soundless scream.
