Britney Spears has sky-high legal fees

Wow. It’s a good thing that Britney Spears is doing so well with her Circus tour. According to TMZ, Brit’s legal fees are way up there.

Although to be fair, it’s not like she’s racking up the costs all on her own – Britney’s dad, Jamie Spears has used his conservatorship to hire a legal team that consists of a whopping 17 lawyers through various legal teams over the past year and change. All this assistance has cost them a grand total of $2.7 million. That’s like a stimulus package for the world of law, no?

That’s a little startling when you see it laid out like that!

In other news, last night Britney performed in Long Island and I think she is looking amazing!
