Britney Spears performs “Womanizer” live in Germany

Last night Britney Spears gave her first live performance of “Womanizer” in Germany at the Bambi 2008 awards. Fans everywhere were waiting to see if she could bounce back from her lackluster performance at the 2007 VMAs and she did it.

The dancing was back, the stage presence was back. It was Britney, a little more like she used to be. She still wasn’t quite like her old self but I wonder if she might have been a bit nervous – I know I would be if I knew that people were waiting to see if I’d fall flat on my face again, so all told I think she did well. The more she keeps performing, the more she’ll get her groove back. After all, it’s been a long time since she did this sort of thing live!

The applause seems to indicate that the crowd agreed too!
