Britney Spears’ Perfume Still a Best Seller

I recently was on a trip to Israel where I saw the latest perfume to arrive there, it was Britney Spears perfume BELIEVE and the arrival of this “old” perfume during Brit’s worst year yet (career wise) says it all. People still like it regardless of Britney’s performance.

According to E!, Britney Spears’ perfume line had outsold all other celebrity perfumes with over $84 million worldwide…

What do you think it can be? Good scent? design? Why do non-fans fork out $60 for a bottle of these perfumes?
