Britney Spears receiving death threats?

According to this source, Britney Spears has been receiving death threats while on tour. There are also reportedly threats of a kidnapping plot against her sons Jayden James and Sean Preston which have been keeping her up at night – and if it’s true, I don’t blame her because that’s terrifying!

From Look magazine in the UK:

“Britney received some anonymous death threats over the phone and in the mail, and her worst fear is a kidnap plot against Sean or Jayden. She’s been having terrible nightmares ever since then and she wakes up in the middle of the night crying out for her boys.

“She told her head of security and he thinks it’s a lone stalker. Her paranoia has reached fever pitch and she’s wracked with fear.”

I don’t know too much about valid news sources vs. tabloids in the UK so I don’t know how much of a grain of salt you need when reading that. There are constant stories made up about celebrities to sell magazines, so it’s hard to tell. I really do hope that this is just a gossipy rumor and that there’s no fact behind it, because who needs that kind of stress? I also hope that Britney won’t have to cancel her tour because of threats!
