Britney to Photog: “I am going to kill you!”

As if you thought that the “Wynn incident” was behind us, the beaten up photog has come out just to give his official statement. Andrew Deetz, the poor photog, released a statement via his attorney this morning in which he says that after leaving a Las Veags spa, Britney threw two baby bottles at him and told him “I am going to kill you! I am going to fucking kill you!!!.”

According to the statement, upon taking pictures of Brit’s babies, J.C.Camera (Brit’s bodyguard) pushed him away and after intervention of Wyn security the photog was told to leave. When he was about 30 feet from the pack he was attacked by J.C.

The photog also mentioned that following the Lisa Kline incident, J.C. told him that he had “unfinished business” with him which brought him to believe that the Wynn attack was J.C.’s personal debt to him.
