Britney’s Apology Unnecessary

Along with the settlement check Britney Spears, apparently, offered a personal apology to the lady whose car she hit earlier this week. According to PEOPLE, Britney offered to go to the the lady’s house and apologize to her in person, however, Kim Robard-Rifkin (the victim) said it was unnecessary. Rifkin said, “[Britney] has way more than enough problems right now,” and settled for a check for “around $1000.”
