The Canadian Country Music Association has announced their nominees for the 2009 CCMA Awards.
Airing September 13th on CBC Television, the awards show will be hosted by actor Jason Priestley and will feature Canadian country artists, as well as performances from artists whose fame knows no borders, like Reba McEntire and Martina McBride.
I have to admit, many of the names on the nominee list are unfamiliar to me which I find unfortunate – I’d love to hear these artists! Anyway, some of the nominees for this year include:
