Amberly Thiessen sang “Space Oddity” and I guess her song choices were limited for what would work with her style and a female voice so I can’t blame her but I wouldn’t have chosen that song. Plus, I can’t help but compare it to Jacob Hoggard‘s (season 2) stellar rendition.
Jake said it was an okay version but lacks the intensity of what that song is about. He also said it wasn’t as good “as the contestant from season two.” Sass said it was relatively uninspiring. Farley said that if she had sung it with more intensity it would have been better. Zack disagreed with them and thought she sounded like a million bucks.
