Drew Wright performed the Bryan Adams hits, “Cuts Like a Knife” and “I’m Ready.” He put his own spin on the first one and the judges (and Adams) praised him for it but when we took on the more emotional second song, his performance was panned by the judges. I didn’t agree with them, though. I thought Drew was great during “I’m Ready.”

I liked his second performance, too. They’re so hard on the poor guy! Maybe it’s because they see the potential… I don’t know. Unfortunately, it influences voters who can’t form their own opinions.
