Lindsay Lohan will face a lawsuit from the three guys who were unwilling passengers to her car chase. They are claiming that their vehicle was taken without permission, that they were put in harms way, and were faced with emotional distress and negligence. Ronnie Blake may also seek to sue Lindsay Lohan for running over his foot, since he does not have medical insurance.

LINDSAY LOHAN is facing a potential lawsuit from DANTE NIGRO, JAKON SUTTER and RONNIE BLAKE — the three men who say they were passengers riding with her on the morning of her arrest. A rep for the men says if an agreement can’t be reached amicably they will present her attorney with a civil complaint.
In a news conference Friday morning, the trio’s lawyer said that they were there firsthand to experience Lindsay’s relapse, and "they never, ever expected to be in a car with her. It was a surprise to them."…
The trio’s lawyer added that his clients "want Miss Lohan to get the kind of help that her attorney says she wants," and that if she sought professional help for her problem, "That would be an important point of consideration in being pleased at how the matter is being handled."
As for Ronnie Blake’s foot, which was allegedly run over by Lohan in the SUV (he was seen hobbling with a cane to the conference), the trio’s lawyer says his foot is getting better, he’s been icing it and is seeing a doctor this afternoon, and he did not have medical insurance at the time of the incident and had to arrange for some.

Right ON Ken !!! I agree wholeheartedly !! And Prison Awaits, it was ME who said the Unlawfull Arrest and Unlawfull search stemming therefrom. In many countries around the world, if the Police force in that country thinks it wants you dead, they just shoot you and justify it later, sometimes with the most outrageous lies imaginable !! and no one ever questions it, lest they be next. HERE IN AMERICA, we have certain hedges to police powers, to hopefully cutdown on and prevent police power abuse, thus laws are enacted, and certain very specific restrictions are put on quote ” What Constitutes….” fill in the blank, In this case it actually ALL depends on the wording of the Arrest report, if the wording is DUI, not Suspicion of DUI, things change instantly. If it is suspicion, they still have to prove that she was indeed the driver, behind the wheel, because she was NOT at the time the Police arrived on the scene!! thats part of the qualifier of ‘what constitutes’ …..in this case DUI, it doesn’t MATTER what “I” Believe, or anyone else believes including YOU you idiot. It only matters in the Finer Points of the LAW, what can be established, in this case all accounts, including police reports, she was NOT driving at the time of the police arrival on scene, and wasn’t even in the CAR/VEHICULE this is a critical point, for a Lawyer of Blair’s caliber. As you either DON’T know this stuff or are deliberately overlooking it and hoping we are to dumb to know it either, I have set you right, so you know that WE know, and you can’t fool us any longer with half truths. and HATE. “And what will you do NOW dear” . So to the rest it is ALL in the wording of the Arrest record, as to whether Lindsay will be gotten as it were for DUI, and \ or the Drug charge, maybe one but NOT the other, yes that is a possibility, Depends on the legality of the search, which was by ALL accounts NOT DONE AT THE SCEENE, but later at the police station !! AFTER SHE WAS ARRESTED, meaning the offical reason for the escort to the police station, and BEFORE THE BOOKING !! this complicates things a WHOLE LOT whether any of you know it or not. The police set themselves up for a messy court case, unless they wish to dismiss the charges due to lack of substantial corroborating real evidence. Could happen, would be funny if they did, EGG on face and all that, but COULD happen. She could face court mandated drug program, based on the finding of the controlled substance, but that is probably going to be the extent of it. I say again it could all blow away. Dear “Prison Awaits”:
Why on Earth would you “hope” that Lindsay Lohan’s career will be “ruined”? There are indeed allegations and charges she will have to confront and she may in fact have misbehaved. But shouldn’t we wait until all the facts are in and she has had a chance to respond before passing judgment? Isn’t it likely that her attorney has told her not to comment to preserve all her rights? Shouldn’t we at least hear Lindsay Lohan’s side of the story before condemning her?
Look at this another way. Let’s assume the absolute worst. Let’s assume she was driving while intoxicated with a suspended license, knowingly had drugs in her possession, drove like a lunatic, and said some nasty and false things. Is that bad? You bet. To what extent was her conduct attributable to alcohol or drug dependency? None of us really knows. Would this mean she needs assistance? Quite probably. But why would any of this be a reason to want her career to end?
If memory serves me right, Lindsay Lohan just recently turned 21. My daughter, who is only a few years her junior, gets nervous as hell any time she has to get up in front of an audience. Having observed at close range the pressures experieced by “normal” teenage girls (i.e., my daughter and her friends), I can barely imagine the pressures Ms. Lohan has had to confront. If her personal life got screwed up in the mix, how can any of us be surprised? Can we really expect that teenagers will go to Hollywood, become movie stars, and all act and behave just the way “normal” teenagers do (whatever that is)?
Let’s face it, fans (myself included) are selfish. We like to see good movies with talented performers. If some film characters are teenagers or young adults, it means some of the performers will have to be young as well. Can these performers have the same “normal” life afforded to other children and young adults? Aren’t we, in effect, asking young performers such as Lindsay Lohan to live an unusual lifestyle so that we can have fun at the movies, perhaps at their expense? Could “The Parent Trap,” “Freaky Friday,” Mean Girls,” and other such films have been made with actors and actresses who went to normal schools and stayed home?
So please give Lindsay Lohan a break. If she screwed up, there is a legal system which will sort things out, with due regard (we may hope) for any impairments from which she may suffer. Yes, her fans question some of the allegations. Yes, her fans think she is getting a raw deal in the media. Yes, her fans hope that at least some of the charges will turn out to be false. But can’t we all agree that Lindsay Lohan is talented and has brought happiness to the lives of many moviegoers? Can’t we all agree that having her back on the screen at the top of her game would be a plus for everyone? Can’t we all agree that, at age 21, Lindsay Lohan might have many decades of great performances yet to share with us? Can’t we all agree, even making the worst possible assumptions about her behavior, that, like every other young person, she should be given a chance to grow up?
So please don’t “hope” that Lindsay Lohan’s career will be “ruined.” If you are hoping that justice is done, that is fine. If you are hoping that she gets help, that is fine. But please join Lindsay Lohan’s fans in hoping that, once this entire mess gets sorted out, she has the chance to work her magic for us for many years to come.

First of all, it frightens me how many of you are going to stick up for her and claim that it was “Unlawful search and unlawful arrest”. I hope to God that none of you is ever arrested because your knowldge of the legal system is wacked.
If the officer reasonably suspects that you are involved in CRIMINAL ACTIVITY (SUCH AS FOLLOWING/STALKING SOMEONE) he can perform a pat down. And if the police officer has probable cause — a reasonable basis or justification to believe that you or your passengers are involved in criminal activity — they can search your car and objects belonging to passengers.
Your car may also be searched if you or ANY OCCUPANT IS ARRESTED.
So folks, it didnt matter whether she was driving or not…she had cocaine in her pants! And she is insulting every single American out there who actually believes that they were someone elses pants and she had NO IDEA they were in her pocket. We’re not as stupid and reckless as she is and [remainder deleted by moderator]

Bowman…thanks for your continued support of this troubled yet highly talented young lady.i see the transparent intentions of these clowns and their singular purpose of making a few dollars off their ‘emotionally stressful joyride of death’,LOL.i wonder if the TWO males who were in the truck are even two of these three seedy-looking characters.you know,the cops can’t comment on the details of the investigation,and obviously Lindsay is in no condition to defend herself,so what are we to believe??? some street thugs that tmz cooked up a ‘story’ with?!LOL. these three scumbags should be countersued for slander and false statements,as well as those tmz numbskulls.i just hope that she makes it through all of this crap and gets back on track.heres a little hope for you true fans;under california law,anyone busted with coke,as long as they can prove it was for their own use(a small amount like Linds had),can enter a drug diversion program,stay clean and pass it,and have the felony charge erased at end of probation period.if she is serious about getting clean,this legal out could help her image and career,but shes got to put in the effort to clean up her toxic lifestyle.i still have plenty of misdemeanors on my record from my out-of-control alcoholism,but felonies are what really hurt you careerwise.fortunately,i never killed anyone or got popped with drugs.i hope that Lindsay is getting the help she so desperately needs,and that the courts sentence helps on her road to recovery.still my favorite movie star,and best of health and luck with your legal issues.peace
Dave you seem worried about fairweather fans so I just want to say that I’ll never give up on Lindsay. I will stay with her for better or for worse. There has never been a doubt in my mind about that.

dave — I appreciate your support of Lindsay’s career — movies, photoshoots, etc. True — I do not know her personally, and true, I do not really know any of the details of her personal life — nor would I really want to — at least not outside of a personal relationship — and certainly not within a public post such as this. However, the human experience has a number of common elements about which we can be empathetic. While not knowing the details, one can gain enough from the news to fairly well deduce that she is in a very difficult position, going through some difficult situations. For some of us our hearts have been “wired” in to loving Lindsay as a person — kind of hard to explain — but I want her to know — and believe — that there are some of us who know that she is simply human — just like us — talented, yes, but not perfect. And that we know that people don’t have to be perfect to be loved — and that she is loved just for who she is — no matter WHAT!
Lindsay — you need to know the freedom of KNOWING you are loved for who you are as a person — not only who you are as an actress! It starts with knowing The One Who Loves us that way — ALWAYS! It is His love that we know — and it is His love with which we love you!
( …but we do love you as an actress too! :-) )

elizabeth….i appreciate your honesty and i can accept your criticism if you think i am immature for asking if you have become a hater.my frame of mind when i read your comment several days ago,was somewhat still in shock over this mess,and add to that,so many negative comments from random haters that just appeared on this fabuLLous site immediately after that tragic night.i just wanted to see if the long-time fans were staying faithful and your comment appeared to show you as a fairweather fan.anyway,i like how you said ‘can’t help it,i still love her’;yes,she does have that effect on people.i only met her for five minutes when she signed my magazine in 2005,and i am still in love with her,personal turmoil and all.what really upsets me about a lot of the fans that comment on here,is that you’ll hardly ever talk about her movies,music,photoshoots,future projects,etc,instead its always about her personal life,of which you know nothing about other than the constant barrage of trashloid media ‘stories’,rumors,half-truths,tmz stooge liars,and the multitude of individuals in hollywierd that want to bring her down and will do and say anything to cast her in a bad light.as far as i am concerned,her personal life is her business,and i am still a huge fan of Lindsay,due to the appeal of her movies,music,etc,not to mention my image of her from those movies.i would love to see her singing and dancing in a movie,hope the tango movie producers give her another chance.btw,elizabeth,that 30,000 drug story is a crock,and she is probably in a lockdown rehab like betty ford,not ‘missing’.the country singer,keith urban,was in a 90 day lockdown rehab and nobody knew he was there untill about 35 days in,hmmm…anyway,you have got to apply the two minute rule to anything you see on the net,duh!! the net is a hater paradise,full of distortions and half-truths,not to mention straight-up lies.peace

Oh yeah, PS. I only said that I wasn’t a fan out of the gist of emotions. And don’t worry, I don’t hate on people. Why would I waste my time defending her FROM haters if I would recklessly turn into one.
I am still a fan – a sad sad sad one. I just think that she really needs to put her mind on recovering for that to happen, something REALLY HUGE would have to happen. I have a solution in mind: If her Hollywood career gets to waste NOW, she would realize that she needs to ditch her friends and stop the alcohol/drugs and then after a few years, she will/SHALL make a comeback.
