Lindsay Lohan will face a lawsuit from the three guys who were unwilling passengers to her car chase. They are claiming that their vehicle was taken without permission, that they were put in harms way, and were faced with emotional distress and negligence. Ronnie Blake may also seek to sue Lindsay Lohan for running over his foot, since he does not have medical insurance.

LINDSAY LOHAN is facing a potential lawsuit from DANTE NIGRO, JAKON SUTTER and RONNIE BLAKE — the three men who say they were passengers riding with her on the morning of her arrest. A rep for the men says if an agreement can’t be reached amicably they will present her attorney with a civil complaint.
In a news conference Friday morning, the trio’s lawyer said that they were there firsthand to experience Lindsay’s relapse, and "they never, ever expected to be in a car with her. It was a surprise to them."…
The trio’s lawyer added that his clients "want Miss Lohan to get the kind of help that her attorney says she wants," and that if she sought professional help for her problem, "That would be an important point of consideration in being pleased at how the matter is being handled."
As for Ronnie Blake’s foot, which was allegedly run over by Lohan in the SUV (he was seen hobbling with a cane to the conference), the trio’s lawyer says his foot is getting better, he’s been icing it and is seeing a doctor this afternoon, and he did not have medical insurance at the time of the incident and had to arrange for some.

sorry dave, can’t help it I am still in love with her!!!! And btw, I NEVER Said that she couldn’t act!!! Come on, people, it’s reall hard to let my hopes down on someone I waited to recover for so long.
IT’S SO HARD. I don’t know what to think about the sitch! Besides, I don’t want someone like her to be fanless. She’s still pretty – only not the same persona anymore.
I hope these guys that want to sue Lindsay will be exposed as liars and that they have to pay themselves or do time.
I also hope that Lindsay will get through this stronger
but not cynical. Even if her career maybe damaged beyond repair.(I hope not that last one of course!)

Lindsay took the Georgia Rule role and this horror/thriller role to shake off the disney typecast that her manager/mother saddled her with.while i still love those disney movies,they are younger roles and would have condemned her to the meg ryan goodie two-shoes typecast hell that her mother wanted for her.dina said in an interview years back that she wanted Lindsay in ‘safe’ roles/movies.are you kidding me,momager??? THIS GIRL CAN ACT and you would limit her to ‘safe’ material?! maybe dina should step away from the bowl!!! in I Know Who Killed Me,a great little B-movie by the way,dakota,the dancer,refers to her mother as a ‘pathetic crackhead’,hmmm…i would love to see this tour de force of acting,miss Lindsay Lohan,in many genres of movies to showcase her immense talent,but first,shes gotta get clean,and get a stranglehold on those demons.please,miss Lindsay,get the help you so desperately need.i am still behind you 110 percent;i don’t know about everyone else,especially the fairweather fans.lindsays friend…i usually agree with your comments but this one,what are you saying?to me,you are out in left field somewhere.what gives?respond…peace

I agree — however I believe that it was her non-coercive, sensitive, absoultely NOT-in-it-for-the-money “manager” “mom” (neither?) who was pushing Lindsay into that one — not so much her choice — possibly?
elizabeth…i am confused,since several days ago you said in your comment that you were NO longer a fan.why are you still hanging around?i would hate to have you as a friend if your going to abandon me in the rock-bottom phase of my addiction.a true friend or fan sticks around,through the good times and bad,because in the end,that person is truly worth saving if you called yourself a friend or fan.in my case,i am both a fan and a friend,in that while our meeting was brief when she said hi and signed my magazine in 2005,she has done nothing to damage my view of her professionally,and i wish i could say or do something to help her personal problems.since i can’t,i have supported her by seeing her latest movie,I Know Who Killed Me,which i liked by the way.are you now a hater if you aren’t a fan?please respond,elizabeth…peace

If she gets broke man, it might be the only situation – that way Linds could finaly distinguish who are true friends and the ones who are not.
I saw Georgia Rule last night (it just came out in my country) and it was heartbreaking how the movie sucked. HEr portrayal was good, of course, but the plot and the script writing???! She should choose better movies because I heard I Know Who Killed Me sucks and besides, she is losing her many fans.
Larry…finally another voice of reason in the sea of madness that is hollwierd and its partner in grime,the trashloid media.let me add my two-cents worth:in her first dui accident,there are no witnesses who SAW her driving,just a grainy video of her running away.ronson and the mystery male who were ‘passengers’ probably won’t testify that she was driving since it is a misdemeanor case,not a court trial.the only way the cops can show she was driving is if they show pics or x-rays of steering wheel bruises on her chest.unlikely,since the condition of the car after the wreck was not consistent with big injuries and the airbags didn’t explode,hence it was a low-speed impact.they will drop the drug charge in this dui in favor of the clearly-in-possession charge in the second dui.she is screwed on the felony drug charge,but once again,the cops have no video or pics of her,behind the wheel,in the second dui,just the ‘word’ of three seedy looking glory hounds,out to make a buck,DUH!!! i find it odd that the santa monica cops didn’t take these three clowns to the station to take their statements if Lindsay had ‘commandeered’ their vehicle against their wishes and led them on an anti-o.j. 100 mph highway chase,LOL. anyone with half a brain and an ounce of common sense can see that these clowns are out to make a few dollars.ah,the almighty buck…anyway,she will probably get out of one of the duis,but not the second drug charge-hopefully this will be her wake-up to reality and set her on the road to recovery,for her sake and ours,as fans of the one and only,Lindsay Lohan.btw,i am NOT condoning her drunkedness or alleged drunk-driving/drug-addicted antics,just that you are presumed innocent until proven guilty as per the constitution,same as the case with nfl dude,michael vick,a fair trial,people.whatever she is found guilty or not guilty of,i sincerely hope that she gets the help she so desperately needs,and returns to the silver screen someday.peace
Now an attempt is being made to support the story that it was Lindsay driving, as the police did not actually find her behind the wheel, so they ( the Plotters ) are trying to tie her incontrovertably to being behind the wheel, to make the DUI more solid, if the police did not actually catch Lindsay driving, then the DUI can not stand, nor can the Cocaine charges….unlawfull search following UnLawfull Arrest, so their case now needs to be corroborated, thus the three trying to say it was Lindsay doing the Driving, HOWEVER !!! The 911 Tape clearly points out it was a HE over and over who was doing the driving, so they probably did the driving at her request, found themselves in trouble, and are trying to shift the BLAME to Lindsay….Woman, you neeeeeed to drop that particular group of ” Friends ” they mean you no good. Thank God, no evidence ( real ) can be currently found that it was Lindsay doing the Driving, ( Her word against theirs, and the 911 tape ) and the 911 tapes aren’t alterable now in lockup as evidence. She isn’t going to do ANY jail time for this one, it is going to blow away. Thats The LAW folks. You tried to set her up again, and failed again, Thank God. Lindsay, GET OUT OF THERE, while you still can, OR, bring ME to you to help protect you,( which might be the better alternative, as you still have the shoot for ‘ Poor Things ‘ if you want to remain professional about it, remember the Show Must Go On motto for Hollywood ) it’s getting difficult to keep doing this remotely. They need to get some “pay-back” while she still has money, – she’s going to be doing some real time in prison (not the hilton-type fiasco) and has ended any chances of respect and a serious “career”. She’s been an adult for 3 years now and is TOTALLY responsible for her own decisions and unavoidable consequences. Too bad, she has had EVERY chance to be the opposite type of person than she actually is, – HER choice, though.

so,of course,the ‘victims’ take their ‘story’ to tmz,LOL,the bastion of credibility in hollywierd.i find it disgusting that they air their ‘story’ at a time when the person in question,Lindsay,is powerless to defend herself,much less refute the obvious exaggerations of this account.all these ‘Lindsay e-mails’,exclusives,etc are just a bunch of trashloid stories because no one knows what really happened,where she’s at,and there are no pics or video of that tragic night.it’s all heresay,their word against a relapsed and quite sick young woman who is extremely vulnerable and clearly not in the right frame of mind.that said,i continue to wish her well and hope that,wherever she is,she is finally getting the help she so desperately needs.i am still a huge fan of this remarkably talented young lady and look forward to seeing her on the silver screen someday.for now,i will be seeing her thriller,I Know Who Killed Me.peace
