Casey Aldridge injured in car crash

Casey Aldridge, father of Jamie Lynn Spears‘s baby, has been hospitalized after being seriously injured in a car crash yesterday morning. Both Jamie Lynn and Casey’s sister Ashley were at his side where he was reported to be in stable condition.

There were concerns that Casey may have had a blood clot close to his brain and was scheduled to have surgery.

Details from the accident are still slim, only noting that Casey’s car was destroyed while he returned from a fishing trip with two friends. No word, either, as to the condition of his friends. I’ll update again when I know more.
