A report from Life & Style reports a friend of the couple saying Cash has no desire to leave LA and is willing to propose to Jessica just to motivate her to stay on the West Coast.
However, it’s unlikely he’ll get a yes:

i think their are a great couple, their in love, and in this rigth moment she´s one of the most and popular succesful actrees…of course he knows that, and probably is scared for that. anyway i think he´s smart and is going to think the best fot two. Jessica is going to do the best, she´s really really in love..trust in me guys probably shes going to married whit him …in a future.

I have no idea in hell who they are or how their relationship is, but she always seems to look happier without him, haha. But whatever.
