Chad Rogers Wants In On The New Luxury Market

Oh, Chad Rogers. One gets a feeling he is the whopping boy of the Million Dollar Listing editing room. While Josh is portrayed as a shrewd negotiator who always gets what he wants (the scene of him bargaining for the tear down house while sitting in his car was pretty cool) and Madison is portrayed as a competent realtor who makes the most out of his eccentric clients (Rollergirl!), Chad is shown ditching his beautiful girlfriend on what is supposed to be a sexy weekend and then eating his own face on an extremely expensive cake with a replica of his own body. Someone in the control room has it out for our Chadcakes. On tonight’s episode, he confuses what is supposed to be a casual sit down into a sales pitch for his expertise selling luxury condos. The rep is clearly taken aback by Chad’s approach.
