Since there’s been some confusion all over the place as to when the actual red carpet event for Changeling will occur, I wanted to give you confirmation via People that it is indeed on Saturday, October 4th in New York City. Along with Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt on the red carpet (!) we can expect to see Clint Eastwood again.
Is anyone in New York City planning to try to attend or at least stand outside? If only they would have a movie premiere in my neck of the woods, I’d go hang out too! Let us know if you plan to be there! Meanwhile, don’t miss my previous post detailing the Jolie-Pitt arrival in New York City.

I live about 35 minutes from NYC and believe me if my health was better I would be there hanging out looking for them, but I will leave that up other Pittwatchers to do. Hint though: Madd loves a place called Mars 2112. In the past Brad has taken Madd there for lunch and now that Pax is older possibly he would take both of them.
Only had a little bit of time earlier to look at their arrival pictures but I will be on the lookout this afternoon. Angie does look tired but who wouldn’t. I remember last year when my younger son had their second child and he was saying how long it took to get two children ready for a visit to PopPop and Grammie. Note we are only 20 minutes away from his house and they were only comming up for supper. So I have been laughing to myself thinking how Rick complained, could you image 6 kids under 7 and about a 10 hour flight. And my goodness can you image the questions from Pax, Zee and Shiloh, where are we going, why are we going etc etc. Madd is old enough to understand now but the others must be kind of confused. Last week moved from France to Germany, this week to NYC and then in a couple of weeks back to Germany. Try explaining all of that to young children. So Brad and Angie are probably exhausted, but they must keep on going no matter what. But Saturday night they will look they have not a care in the world but each other.

There is a new Changeling preview from Entertainment Tonight see it here http://www.etonline.com/news/2008/10/66156/index.html .I’m in Florida so I won’t be there wish I could though. I am excited too see them all back here in the states .I am excited to see the premiere pictures it’s been so long since we have seen them together on the red carpet .

I agree, Mary Ann. I think what’s foremost important to them is that their family is always together with the exception of the time either Angelina or Brad has to be on the set. It’s not the deciison everybody would make, but they’ve made that their priority and it works for them.

I just found out about the Changeling red carpet premiere. I live in the nyc area and will hopefully go to the premiere. The only problem is I don’t know where the red carpet will be (let alone where they will be playing the film). IF ANYONE KNOWS WHERE THE RED CARPET IS PLEASE TELL ME!!!

Mary Ann, your post explained it all. I think Angie still looks gorgous for someone who is supposed to be tired due to lack of sleep and long distance flights.
