At least where Versace is concerned this is a strong possibility. According to sources, Gossip Girl hottie, Chace Crawford, is in talks to replace Patrick Dempsey as the face of Versace. Still, despite the fact that the famous fashion house confirms that they’ve been “working to develop [their] relationship with Chace,” there’s no official word that he’ll become the replacement.
Patrick Dempsey’s contract is good until the Spring/Summer of 2009, so there’s still quite a few months to go before we need to concern ourselves with his replacement.
But what do you think: Is Chace Crawford a good choice to follow up McDreamy? As a Gossip Girl fan myself, I can’t say I’d be upset about it. I love him, and his character.
