Note that Katniss, ever the rebel, is facing the opposite direction from everyone else.
Effie's look is just scary. We knew she'd have that wig and enough pink to rival Elle Woods, but this is more eerie than bubbly. Good on Lionsgate--it really reminds us of how the Capitol looks pretty but is a den of snakes.

Strong and loyal, as always.
Cato isn't as scary as I would have expected; the hair is a bit too Twilight for my tastes. But there's still something menacing in his profile.
Check out the subtle flick of gold eyeliner--just like Cinna in the books!

The blond hair really stands out here--and thank God it looks natural, since Josh is a brunette.
Rue's also looking somewhere the others are not. One fan guessed that the poster is meant to show her in her natural habitat, up in the trees watching the action.

Haymitch looks the least like we would have expected. He's so... put-together and blond! It would have been truer to character for us to see a Haymitch with vomit-stained clothes and a sneer, but you can't really put that on a character poster. Still, you can sort of see Woody in there, but not enough that you feel like this is any of his other characters.
