Minutemen star Chelsea Staub chatted with J-14 about the upcoming Disney Channel series J.O.N.A.S. Chelsea co-stars alongside the somewhat popular (lol) Jonas Brothers.
She said, “It’s going to be like The Monkees and a little of bit of Mr. & Mrs. Smith. There’s going to be fun action sequences and still be a sitcom.”
Hey, I love both The Monkees and Mr & Ms Smith! I have been dying to hear more about this show. Chelsea also mentions some romance on the show.
“It’s the first time a girl is thrown into the mix with three boys. It’s just a romance with one of them. It’s a spy team with three guys and a girl..Adding a female into the mix makes it a little different.”
Which Jonas Brother do you think Chelsea’s character has a romance with? I’m thinking Joe Jonas.

i think its going to be nick. b.c it wouldn’t be fair if joe got another love interest. don’t get me wrong, i luv joe to death, but i just think its going to be nick. (it would be awkward if it was kevin since he’s almost 21)
sorry to infrom you guys but the show never got picked up. THe cast filmed a pilot (first episode) and disney dicited not to make it a series, i dout we’ll ever even see the pilot. I know someone who was casted in the show (as a teacher, or a perent i think) and he told me that JONAS never got past their first epidoe before the canceled it, the jonas brothers were too busy to have a tour, a reality show, and a running TV show.

No Meagan. They were on Good Morning America. I saw it and went to the concert in Boston the night before. They said (this was on Friday in NYC) “We’re actually doing a new TV show called J.O.N.A.S and we’re spies. Like Rockstars by day and Spies by night!” LIAR!
how do u audition for the role of macy? the girl who plays chelsea’s best friend?….
