NBC reports that Bill Zwecker from the Sun-Times, claims that Chris Brown is working on a deal with Rihanna. According to him, this deal requires them both to co-author a book about abuse while also appearing on various talk
shows. Inclusively, Chris Brown may pay her $10 million.
Bill says that a source close to Brown reports, “[He’ll pay] as much as $10 million… if he as much as squeezes her arm the wrong way.”
Bill states, “Project Mea Culpa is the name that is apparently being used by his group. It’s what they’re calling it. It’s obviously a kind of commitment from him to her that he was serious about the fact that this will never happen again.
How truthful are these reports? Michael Sitrick, Chris Brown’s publicist says that Bill’s report contains “inaccuracies,” namely the writing of a book and $10 million pay.
Donald Etra, Rihanna’s attorney says that he has “no knowledge” of anything remotely similar to Bill Zwecker’s reports.
It would be quite interesting if such a deal were to take place. I doubt any of Bill’s story is accurate, but you never know.
