Chris Daughtry and his wife, Deanna Robertson, looked happy and cozy on the red carpet last night at the Grammy Awards. There are also some fun shots of “Daughtry” (the band) under the cut!

I met both Chris and Deanna and they seemed to be very humble as we ate dinner and enjoyed a nice talk about christianity but lately the interviews and things I have read ..his own quotes..makes me believe that fame might be changing their family values a bit . Hang in there Deanna. You will have to be strong!
well first off chris is amazing.. his music his looks and his personality… i am a huge fan… if you dont like daughtry then why the hell are you on here??? and why do you spend your time looking at things about him.. i think its a personal issue…
Here is a guy that actually loves his wife – LOVES her. She fell in love with him before all the fame, when women weren’t all over him – he isn’t stupid – he knows this. People fall in love with people’s insides if it is real. Yeah – of course you have to feel chemistry to keep it going, but they obviously do. Ever hear him talk about her? I am pretty sure this guy would love her if all her hair fell off and she gained an extra ass.
Furthermore, his wife is an attractive woman – she isn’t a stick thin woman – but she is a very pretty woman. Men would take notice on the street.
Also – I have to say – whose eyes don’t wander? You can be completely in love with someone and you can still like to look at attractive people. It doesn’t mean you want to cheat on your spouse, it doesn’t mean there is anyone out there better for you – if you don’t insult your spouse by being obvious and you know who really matters at the end of the day, there is nothing wrong with it. It would be ridiculous to think you spend 60 to 70 years with someone (if you are incredibly lucky) and you will never appreciate other people’s beauty. That goes for men and women – lets get real.
Finally, I really thought fame would get the best of Chris, but he is the same guy we saw on idol. Best of luck to him and his wife.
and, yes……
Daughtry is georgeous. His smile is even brighter in person. I’m getting jealous of that wifie of his now. LOL
Good luck to you and your family always Chris!!
I love Chris Daughtry. He was just in my hometown performing this week and I got to see the guy. He was outstanding and very polite towards the audience. I don’t know why anyone would think he’s cocky. Sometimes people come off the wrong way and we take them the wrong way. Anyhow, all the power to him. He has a wonderful voice and is a great entertainer. I hope that he achieves all that he is hoping for in life.
daughtry fan always,
d
I just think he is too freaking HOT!!!!!!!!!
GOSH!!! HIS SO GORGEOUS!!!!!!!
I was taking the negatives in stride until dissing the man’s vocals. I will plain & simple call that whole comment what it is “A BIG FLAT LIE” saying he was singing off key…That’s audibly impossible! I have heard him up close away from mikes and every sound is ushered forth from the depths of his belly; every note is a music score in itself. His vocals are the instrument and other sounds need to adjust their tuning to those fine tuned vocal chords. The utterance of that man puts me in a trance as every song is singing my story. As for being “cocky” you obviously are reading his “persona” with a resentful heart meaning you were voting for someone else. I am from NC and those that have known him personally before his fame know that he is a “man” of integrity, honesty, and warmth of love. BUT HE IS ONE THING…A REAL MAN THAT DOESN’T TAKE CRAP OFF ANYONE!
I think Chris is too attractive for his wife she looks too old and unattractive for him, boy must his eyes wonder!!
I saw daughtry in concert and they were horrible. chris spent the whole time singing off key to the roof with his eyes closed. It didn’t sound anything like the CD. Guess the studio can work wonders. What a waste of money that was.
And that three piece leather suit was terrible.
First, I’m not going to sit here but this one last time. I have a job and don’t have time to sit here and shoot off the mouth every second of the day.First off Mark, if everyone is entitled to their opinion then why did you get so worked up over what I said. CALLING SOMEONE COCKY AND OVERBLOWN IS BELITTLING NOT OPINION HOWEVER IF YOU SEE IT THAT WAY, THEN MY OPINION OF YOU IF COCKY AND OVERBLOWN. Obviously, you’re very jealous of Chris and his fame, that is self explainatory in your little attitude. How old are you anyway, with you’re little IMO? Maybe you need to man up and talk like one.I was simply stating the fact, if you don’t like his music, his attitude or what he wears just keep your mouth shut, who gives a crap what you think. If you can’t say anything nice then don’t say anything at all. If you hate him then why do you know as much about him as I do, and I’m a fan.You or nobody else typing on this site has worked yourself to the top like he has, you don’t sacrifice spending time away for your family or giving it your all to become someone that everyone will remember. NO MATTER WHAT YOU OR ANYONE ELSE SAYS HE’S FAMOUS AND GOT IT ALL! A job he loves, a woman who loves him, kids he adores and fans who stand in line for hours just to see him sing. GET OVER IT!
Chris is a really good person and comes from a very good all American family. He has a very close relationship with his family. I agree with Sue that he does have a beautiful wife and the fact that he has helped her raise two children that aren’t his, should speak volumes to the type of character he has.
Anyone who wears a three piece leather suit should be taken out back and shot.
Funny, I didn’t see belittling in the commentary but opinion. Didn’t see that the music wasn’t listened to but a comment on it not being done by the current makeup of musicians that call themselves Daughtry. True. It WAS done by studio musicians. And who really gives a sh*t what Simon says? It’s not relevant to the current Daughtry discussion, imo. By the way, if Chris is so sure of his commentary why’d he backtrack with Rolling Stone, and now retract even that with Ellen? Just man up and stand by your comments. He does exhibit some arrogance, imo, and last I checked everyone’s entitled to their own.
Peace.
Chris looks great and he deserves it all. He has a great personality. It’s funny Simon Cowe can be a jerk and everyone thinks he is just telling it like it is, yet if Chris isn’t perfect he needs to tone it down, and if we would of listen to Simon, Chris would of never made it on to IDOL. He has remain true to his wife and family. Give the guy a break. They’re several singers I don’t like their attitudes or their songs. Guess what I do, I don’t jump on a site and belittle them, I just simply don’t listen to their music. I think cockness is mistaken for confidence with Chris. He has worked hard and he loves his fans. What you see is what you get. I’m proud of him, and as a fan, we here in NC love Chris!!!!!!!!
And by the way, his wife is lovely. Has to be hard being under the harsh lights of the cynical media and be just an normal person. She does look great.
And even with my dislike of Chris’s attitude I do think it’s awesome a small town guy, working at what he loves, is getting a shot at living the dream.
Just wish he’d tone it back a bit and be a smidge more diplomatic.
Okie dokie, I’m finished.:-)
I find him cocky and overblown, and I was wondering where the hell his wife was in regards to all the photos I’ve seen of the prepartys and whatnot…glad to see she’s with him. I don’t know him personally, natch, and he may be a hella family guy, but he, imo, could work on his humility a bit in interviews. And the group Daughtry up for Grammys? Not really. That was Chris fronting session musicians. Odd if they had won.
Now his next album? If done by the guys in his group, THAT would be legitimately produced by the group known as Daughtry.
Small sticking point, but imo, valid.
Look at how far he has gone. What a guy. I love you Chris.
