Christian Slater and Tamara Mellon attended George Clooney’s charity party last night, December 4th. The event was held at a private residence in Mayfair London and was for the victims of the Darfur conflict.
Slater’s NBC show ‘My Own Worst Enemy’ has been canceled, which is unfortunate for the actor. He does have a few movies coming out which are, Lies & Illusions (March 1, 2009), Dolan’s Cadillac (2009) and Quantum Quest: A Cassini Space Odyssey (September 2009).
I personally would like to see Christian Slater on TV again. I’m not sure what it is about him exactly (good looks, that raspy voice) but if he’s in a show, I tend to watch it. I watched ‘My Own Worst Enemy’ and enjoyed it. I am sad it’s gone and now I’ve been left hanging not knowing what in the world happens to Edward and Henry. Hmph!
