Christina Aguilera apparently has a big problem that more than one parent has faced (including me). Her problem is that she’s a night owl and that doesn’t always work out well when you have kids.

Christina was quoted as saying. “When the sun goes down my whole body starts to come alive, although I am a little different now because I do have a child and my hours have been turned upside down for him.”
She goes on to add that her mornings now start around 6 am which means that her favorite time of night – between 3 and 4 am – is now spent sleeping instead of doing the things she used to before she became a mother.
However, despite the early wake up time Christina says she still can’t get to bed before 12:30 am. I know the feeling. I have to be up at 6:30 but the earliest I can manage to get into bed most nights is 11:30 pm. It’s hard, but it’s just in my nature to stay up late.
I wonder if Christina drinks a lot of coffee to keep her going on so little sleep!
