In Glamour magazine’s August 2008 edition, Christina Aguilera talks about child abuse and domestic violence affecting her own family as she was growing up. Becoming a mother to son Max has given Christina further motivation to speak out against abuse and she plans to do more charity work in support of helping children and women live safe lives.
Christina previously worked with Lifetime’s End Violence Against Women campaign, which also includes support from celebrities Nicole Kidman and Martina McBride.
