Christina Aguilera fans have been waiting patiently for her new album to finish up so we can, you know, BUY it! It’s hard to wait though, when she starts talking about the direction the sound will take, because I know that I’m very eager to hear it.
Christina describes her last album as being sort of glam and retro as far as feel goes, and says that her upcoming album will be very different with a more modern sound. She describes it as “[f]uturistic in terms of looking into the future and giving it a new twist and a new sensibility.” She also goes on to mention that she’s been working with a lot of experienced electronics artists to help her achieve that sense of the future.
That sounds amazing, I’m dying to hear it for myself!
As for titles, the new Christina Aguilera album still remains unnamed as she hasn’t made a final decision yet. The best news of all though is that she mentioned that she feels that the album is very nearly finished – hopefully it will be available before the end of the year then!
