American Idol star, Clay Aiken, has mentioned over the years that he was cut from his high school musical. I saw this video of a collection of those quotes (and his priceless “retaliations” against the teacher who cut him) on Clay’s Daily Double and thought I would put it up. So funny…
I saw him talk about this on Leno . It was funny . He tells a good story with Jim Carey-like expressions .
Ahhhh, thanks Jeannie. This well deserved hiatus of Clay’s is tough. I liked Clay’s new CD “On My Way Here” the first time I heard it and even more each time I listen. I heard it playing in the Boise airport the other day while traveling through to Houston and people were taping and patting along.
Jeanne:Love it that you also have some of the JNaT Christmas 2006 concerts on there. He looks the best on West Point, but you have Williamsport which is hilarious. He takes a lady’s cell phone and starts talking to her friend. Then when the woman guesses “Col Legnos” as playing with the wood he has the audience hysterical. It means playing the violin with the wooden part of the bow. But his audience member had a great way of expressing it. Thanks again. I could watch these over and over. Love it.
