Did you know Cody Linley’s mom, Cathy, is an acting coach?!? Well it seems that she also helped Miley Cyrus score the role that made her such a hit phenom!
According to J-14, although Disey was very interested in Miley playing Hannah Montana, “they weren’t really pleased with who was coaching her, so they brought me in,” Cathy says. “I also coached her for the screentest. I worked with her for an hour-and-a-half at her hotel.”
I wonder if she’s helped anyone else we know!
And we find this out now? A little strange but I guess. How come Miley never mentioned it or gave the woman credit?
Cody’s mom Cathryn Sullivan has her acting school here in Lewisville, TX.
She also couched Demi Lavado, Selena Gomez, Madison Pettis who are all from the Dallas TX area. There are others on Disney and nick that she has taught as well.
My son has also attended Cathryn’s classes for two years now. He like Demi,Selena, and Madison was also on the Barney show. So were hoping to get him into Disney as well. or Nick.
