Coldplay frontman Chris Martin has hinted around that he has plans to split the band up by the end of next year. He says that the decision was based on his view that bands should give it up before they get too old. He says that he wants to go out with a blast.
He says, “I’m 31 now and I don’t think that bands should keep going past 33. So we’re trying to pack in as much as possible. Up until the end of next year, we’ll just go for it in every sense. I don’t believe in time off. We’ve still got most of our hair, we can still fit into our musical trousers and we’ve got to make the most of that.”
It’s crazy for them to think that they’re too old for the business at 33. If AC/DC had the same mentality at that age, we would’ve missed a lot of their best music.

This is Craaazzzzy! I think im gonna ball out crying! I didnt get enough time to enjoy their music IM ONLY 13. Before they end they HAVE TO go old school again. I mean their new stuff is nice but Fix You and Clocks is classic they have to make a better version (if thats possibel it AWSOME already)or more music like it. This is ridiculous who cares if they get old and wrinkly at least they can rock out!
