Are you tired of the Cannes Film Festival yet? After all, it was over a week ago. Still, it’s hard to stop talking about how amazing it was to see Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie on the red carpet again since it had been awhile since the Oscar awards.
If you missed any of the coverage, this YouTube video is fantastic – it compiles reporting from eTalk (a show dear to my heart since it’s Canadian AND has Lainey!), Extra, Insider, CNN, and Inside Edition.

Also, in unrelated news, a PittWatch reader sent me a link to a photo of Angelina Jolie when she was a very young girl. I had always seen so much of Brad Pitt whenever I saw pictures of Shiloh but if you look at this photo, my goodness Shiloh looks so much like Angie!

It says kids were at Cannes: Angelina Jolie, 33, was with the kids in a private villa, inside Hotel Du Cap.
And Pitt joking about tabs: “That’s true, we’re very unhappy together”, killing break up rumours.
And speaking seriously about that: “I’ll never understand this tabloid fascination with us. But everything happens without our participation”

Wow! I reloaded twice since I usually just click on my favorites and boom I’m right at Pittwatch but it brought me to this new page and wasn’t sure if I was rerouted to somewhere else! This was a total surprise and definitely did a double take and then I saw Sherry’s name…and then “Whew”..yes, with a sigh of relief, its still Pittwatch. Thank you Lord!)Liking the new look…fresh. Just gotta learn how to maneuver around this new crib setup.
I also was amazed by the likeness of that Angie baby pic and Shi pics! It would be great if someone can make a collage of their baby/childrens’ pics side by side (mostly of their faces)so we can really see and compare but I do agree that Shi looks half a dad and half a mom.
Also, I decided on a new name. Now for a photo. Hmmmm…don’t want to scare anyone.
Shi is a total mix of both JPs genes….hope they’ll procreate more beautiful angels.

I like the new look of the site…It’s different but an improved version, user-friendly I must say.
About who Shiloh looks like, I think it depends on what picture we are looking at a particular moment. There are times, she looks like Brad than Angie & vise versa. It must be noted that Shiloh will never look like “Shiloh” without the perfect combination of Brad & Angie’s gorgeous genes. They say that sometimes if the parents are both too much “good-looking”, the tendency is that the offspring will not be blessed much in looks department. However, based on what I’ve seen on the pics, all JP children ((both biological & adopted) are cute & good-looking.
Brad’s sperm cells are only intended for Angie’s egg cells to be able to create such children. If it happens either Brad or Angie procreated with another partner, I doubt if the children are as good-looking as the JPs.
In terms of facial parts, what I consistently noticed on the videos & pics, the lips of JP children are all Angie’s. The eyebrows are that of Brad.
What the hell happened here? :P

I think Shiloh looks like a mix of Angie and Brad. Neela, that’s interesting about the proof of paternity thing.
I also want to keep subscribing to comments and know which topics have recent comments. I’m sure the About and Comment Policy will come back – that’s standard on blogs, isn’t it?

Hey folks – There are a couple of minor glitches here and there that I’m noticing but the new themes just came out late last night over our entire blog network so it’s to be expected. Also, our tech folks are scattered across different time zones so it may take some time to get everything up to perfection. Please hang in there, I hope it’s not too frustrating!

JPF, right on. It was surprising, non? But I do like the new look. The only thing that I’m not quite as used to is the RECENT COMMENTS section … I like knowing which posts/topics are receiving new comments, and that’s not indicated this time.

I was watching the an episode of Bones, and the character Dr. Brennan expplained that babies tend to look like the fathers for the first 6 months or maybe a year. It’s supposed to be a sort of paternity test.

From a scientific point of view, it’s quite interesting.
Shiloh did look like Brad when she was in her first year, and even Angie thought so. But now that Shi’s older, she is looking like Angie just a bit more. Needless to say, she still has Brad in her features. She’s a good mix of her parents.
Wow Sherry, love the new format. Any one who see the picture of Angie when she was young could never say she has had her lips done. Shi does look like Angie, but I see alot of Brad also. She is a beauty. Thanks for the video of Cannes.
Hey everyone! I’m so glad you guys like the new look! I can’t take credit though, that’s the awesome tech team. I was just as surprised when I loaded up the site this morning myself. I love it too, so it’s good to know you’re all happy!
There are some changes that may be temporary – I noticed that the “About” and “Comment Policy” pages are missing but they may be back later. Also, joliepittfanatic, I hope that readers will be able to subscribe to new comments again like before – I’ll find out.
