Hi guys,
I just want to take a few minutes out of the day to thank all of you for not only coming here every day and reading the site, but for being supportive of and patient with me as I get going as the new editor. All of your suggestions, comments and encouragement have been beyond helpful.
You all have put the comment section to good use, but I just wanted to point out a new little link at the top of the page that allows you to contact me directly. If you come across a news story you think is relevant, a video I missed, some photos you took at a Medium event, or if you just want to tell me my feet smell funny, my email address and Twitter info are there. Please, don’t be afraid to use it!
While we’re on the blog housekeeping subject, I just wanted to let you know that there unfortunately will not be an Open Mic tonight, for episode 2. Two of my dear friends are getting married this evening, so I won’t be around to see the show live. However, check back later today for a Discussion Thread for the episode, so you can feel free to come and talk about it either during or after the show. I’ll also be posting my review of the episode tomorrow.

Hi Kona ,First I want to say that you are doing a fantastic job with this site.
I really enjoy coming here to get my Medium updates.
I have not yet tried the open mic since I feel if I get involved in chatting I wont be able to give my full attention to the show.
I come here to read your posts everyday as long as I can. I may not always leave a comment. I chose not to leave a comment on the post about Sofia at the teen Party as I thought her dress was inappropriate. I know many here love Sofia and would not like my comment. I later saw the the others did agree so I will just leave my comments positive or negative from now on.

Amy, that is what this site is for – to discuss what we like, dislike, etc about Medium. As long as we do it in a civil manner, everyone should be cool. We can agree to disagree and rejoice when we are all on the same page. I don’t think anyone here is hateful – I have been taken aback by some sites where folks just say the most hateful things about the actors or shows and attack other posters, but I think they are mainly trolls who just like to cause trouble. You should not be afraid to express your honest opinion!

I enjoy the discussions we have on this site and I have learned tidbits about the show from other commentators.I liked discussing our favorite episodes and our wishlist for the show. It is fun to see what other fans think. That is how we found out that we all dislike Joes Job so much. I really thought maybe I was the only one who was bored with his job issues and was pleasantly surprised to find out most everyone else felt the same way.
It is fine for us disagree it would be weird if we all agreed about everything. So we should feel free to say how we feel as long as it doesn’t get mean. I have seen sites where people say mean comments about the actors and curse out other comments. I think this site is above that level. That is why I like coming here.

Thanks Kona for the brilliant job you’re doing. I really enjoy reading all the posts and seeing what everyone else thought, considering things I hadn’t previously considered.

You are doing a great JOB i been looking fan pages of This tv show until i found this and i think is wonderful and keep the fans update everything that happened with the show and their actors and inform us the ratings to that is a very important part because if we know the ratings we can work to not led that ratings go lower ,,If a found something to post to this page i let you knoww.. THANKS AGAIN AND KEEP DOING THE GOOD JOB!!!!
