Cook like a Top Chef on Thanksgiving

Blogging Top Chef posted some links to an article on People this morning with Thanksgiving recipes from Top Chef judges and former contestants.

My favorites are pumpkin panna cotta from Chef Dave Martin from Season 1 (the infamous, “I’m not your bitch, bitch!), butternut squash soup from Nikki of Season 4, and Season 1 winner Harold Dieterle’s “Potato Roesti” (potatoes and bacon, yum!).
